Though this has been around for a long time (and it’s been a long time, since I’ve extensively commented, on, well, anything XD) and it has a basic formula, well, you altered details, and did a few things differently, which is good to see :3 Why? Well, an artist is creative, and they make stuff, right? So use the basic formula, and make it unique, make it your own That, you did :3
The most notable, and understandable point to notice, is the degree of variation, between the images, and text. But, though the variation is there, you still keep the details that define each character there, and so, through the variation of quality, you still bring it all together, so that it fits together, and the variation, is a positive thing :3 Besides, who doesn’t want to see a chibi Gon with manical eyes? Even better, you get to see the sexy Gon as a sexy adult, in the same picture :3 something for both gradients only accomplished, through variety :3 Another point about variety, not relating to quality or style? You get to see (and fight with :3) three sides of the same man, that we probably wouldn’t see otherwise, and maybe not in the same picture ;3 what better place, then in his ID? :3
Ok, your text? The name, with the Japanese characters? Very Final Fantasy it’s similar, though, there is some variation from the original, so that shows inspiration, not copying My only dealie, is with the off-green sphere in the back of it XD As I heart the ‘watermarks’ that often accompany Final Fantasy titles, well, I’m biased, and, “want more” XD Unless, the green sphere represents something to you? that’s up to us to consider… unless you tell us :3 aha XD
From knowing you, the attributes… pretty much match? XD (just had to say ) Made the ‘stars’ your own, though, in the middle of all the crispness… the ‘attack’ text and such, is somewhat ‘smudged’? I can understand the reasons why for that, but yeah, it does detract from the picture as a whole, a tad. By the way, must ask about the star next to the special… what does it mean, mr. gon? :3
Hmm, what else to say? What better time to speak of the ‘overall’ experience? :3
Overall? A cool take on the idea, with varying degrees of sexiness, mysteriousness, cuteness… all at the same time can’t go wrong with that, and especially in an ID :3 After all, this is what you chose to represent yourself with, and, it fits well, in my mind More technical art terms, yay for balance, diversity, balance… managed to put three characters on one ID, without crowding it or sacrificing integrity (stability) and multiple times, too XD
